Speech Language Pathologist Part-Time in Fowler Elementary School District (Phoenix, AZ)

Expectation is that this position would be onsite

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be providing school-based services to children in the Fowler District.

The school-based Speech/Language Pathologist provides speech pathology intervention to students in a school/educational setting. Services provided may include screening, evaluation, planning individual treatment programs, providing direct treatment and consultation, and participating as a member of the IEP team. The speech/language pathologist performs other related duties as required. Full job description is available upon request.

Graduate Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders (Masters' or Doctorate)
Speech Language Pathology License through Arizona Department of Health Services
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association
Arizona Standard Speech Language Pathologist Certification PreK12
Arizona Department of Public Safety Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Card
