Other information:

Northeast Early College is a 9-12 traditional, non-charter, Denver Public Schools public high school, and a state accredited Early College and Institution of Higher Learning operating under Innovation Status in the Far Northeast area of Denver. We are also a Title 1 school and serve a 93% minority population of mostly Latinx students and English Language Learners. Students attend Northeast Early College for two main reasons--They have a passion in one of our seven CareerConnect (Career and Technical Education) Pathways AND they see college as a non-negotiable for their future and want to earn as much college credit as possible while working to obtain their high school diploma.
As an Early College, students earn their Associate Degree while a student in high school through our partnership with the Community College of Aurora.

To work at Northeast Early College, all staff must have an immense passion for public education and in being a public educator. As members of the Wolf Pack, we are working to redefine how we deliver a quality, public education and are only recruiting individuals to our campus who come with a record of success in serving students of color, including what it means to build authentic relationships with students each and every day. We look for educators who know what it means to write high-quality, culturally responsive curriculum, and who are deeply engaged in what it means to be anti-racist in their pedagogy and in their practice. We need staff who are vested in our school community and the neighborhoods we serve and who are willing to be involved outside of school in opportunities to be engaged.
