Job Summary

Provides wraparound support to departments throughout the organization to ensure resources are maximized and utilized efficiently and aligned to the district vision. Serves as a key player in supporting initial planning phases and development of implementation through the setting of milestones and adoption of tools and efficient processes. Builds relationships across departments and develops an infrastructure of support. Executes plans to specifications and facilitates learning and capacity building.

Essential Functions

1. Supports district departments with sustainability and capacity building of new or revised projects through concentrated cross-departmental support while integrating continuous improvement strategies into processes.

2. Supports the development of district priorities and deliverables with executive leadership team.

3. Develops strong and clear narratives of complex ideas through presentation and word processing tools.

4. Supports the planning of system change through districtwide consensus building and implementation including staff professional development facilitation.

5. Supports the planning and processes associated with district accreditation.

6. Supports the facilitation of districtwide stakeholder climate surveys through development of preparation guides and processes and providing schools with regular participation updates.

7. Supports the development of results communication through analysis and summary development via communication to executive leadership.

8. Develop and maintain relationships with local and inter-district partners as well as promote funding sponsorships.

9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Graduate course work in educational research, psychology or educational administration preferred.

Experience: Professional training and experience in data collection and analysis. Experience in evaluation design and report preparation preferred.

Certifications & Licenses: Florida Department of Education certification.
