Primary responsibilities for this position include creating board meeting agendas and packets, processing paperwork, corresponding with boards and principals, maintaining tracking spreadsheets, compliance, calendars, and school files.


This position will report directly to the Partner Services Manager and will work out of our Service Center which is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The candidate selected for this position will at minimum have earned an Associate's Degree, have 1-2 years of general office experience, and possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Your Role

  • The primary responsibility of this individual is to provide a wide variety of administrative support to the Partner Services team in preparation for school board meetings. This support can include creation of meeting agendas, assembly of board meeting packets, maintenance of tracking spreadsheets and board member database, coordination of meeting arrangements, coordination of compliance requirements, and maintenance, preparation and creation of required documentation. Other tasks and projects are assigned throughout the year.


Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 1-2 years of general office experience is required
  • Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Strong computer experience, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work (effective time management)
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
