The Collingswood New Jersey Board of Education seeks an experienced, passionate and visionary leader who is committed to equity and student achievement, community engagement and sound fiscal management to lead the district and that of its shared district, Oaklyn.

Collingswood is a comprehensive P/K-12 school district located in Camden County New Jersey. The district serves 2300 pupils and an has an annual budget of $41,000,000. Oaklyn is a P/K-5 school district also located in Camden County that sends its middle school and high school aged children to Collingswood with an annual budget of $9,000,000.

The successful candidate will have proven successful experience in curriculum/instruction, finance and in promoting positive community/staff relations. Passion for the work and a kids first philosophy is paramount.

Prior successful K -12 superintendent or assistant superintendent experience is required as is the willingness to work and serve in a shared service environment. Prior successful central office and/or building level leadership experience is highly desirable.

A salary in the range of $200,000 subject to negotiation based on actual qualifications and experience is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate must hold or be immediately eligible to obtain a New Jersey School Administrator certificate or Certificate of eligibility for the same.
