The School Based Enrollment Coordinator works closely with families, school districts and the Company’s central Enrollment and Document Processing teams to oversee and coordinate all aspects of student enrollments and re-enrollments.

AS A SCHOOL BASED ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

  • Assists with the student enrollment and requests for records;
  • Facilitates stakeholder communications;
  • Ensures state compliancy guidelines are met for incoming
  • enrollments; Creates and amends school specific enrollment forms and student files to conform to states laws and school preferences;
  • Establishes, manages and ensures secure access to student records; Prepares student files
  • Creates labels and initial checklists for all entering students;
  • Provides internal reviews and edits of work completed by parents and PALS during enrollment process.
  • Assists Operations Manager with the development of school enrollment policies, procedures and special enrollment compliancy projects;

Assists with school retention efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma AND
  • Three (3) years of professional experience OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects
  • Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MSWord, and Outlook
  • Ability to pass required background check


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Managerial and/or training experience
