What is a classroom monitor and how is it different from a traditional substitute teacher?
Essentially the classroom monitor will act as the in-class management for the teacher that will be teaching digitally.
They will provide management and instructional support to students. The Classroom Monitor will support and assist students in learning class material using and providing students with individualized attention while the classroom teacher is providing instruction. The Classroom Monitor will also supervise students during transition times throughout the school day (bathroom breaks, recess, arrival, and dismissal).
