Qualifications:

• Hold a New Jersey Elementary Teacher Certificate in accordance with requirements of New Jersey and complete the NJ Department of Education approved training program
• Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience utilizing online platforms to engage students in enriched creative virtual learning experiences
• Ability to support each student at his/her instructional level
• Experience working with elementary school students
• Possess interpersonal skills with students, staff, parents and community
• Mastery of pedagogical and subject matter skills
• Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing standards-based instruction
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
• Knowledge of NJCCCS, Common Core and district curriculum
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
