The role of the Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence and Data Delivery is to support our work with assessing the data across all business units of Learning Care Group, in order to identify opportunities for improving the overall performance, and then monitoring their transformation. This role will work with various types of data from disparate sources. The role will be responsible for development and support activities which provide insight into the overall business.

This role will work with various types of data from disparate sources. The role will be responsible for development and support activities which provide insight into the overall business.
Essential Functions/Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Provide analysis and support to department leaders on a regular basis.
- Maintain understanding of company's financial and strategic goals and work closely with business partners to ensure alignment and produce reporting that provides insight into the business.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on financial, KPI and ROI reporting.
- Initiate reporting process improvements and automation on existing reporting.
- Build and maintain enterprise reporting.
- Prepare deep dive analysis of business line performance reporting.
- Maintain supporting databases, ensuring a high level of data integrity.
- Support the engagement of stakeholders to improve their understanding of the data requirements and analysis outputs.
- Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships to ensure effective delivery of data and identify process improvements.
- Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.
- Ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context.
- Regularly analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from disparate sources, in order to draw high-value conclusions which will be key to our success.
Minimum Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or Business
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in related analyst roles
- Expert in Excel (with data management, formulas, graphs)
- Experience with Power BI or other BI visualization tools
