Hayward Collegiate is seeking a Founding Principal Fellow, or Associate, who will partner with our Leadership Team to help drive proficiency across this new school. As part of the Hayward Collegiate team, this amazing individual will operate across the full spectrum of educational needs including student performance management, decision making, managing para-professionals, and strategic grade-level planning. This is particularly a good fit for someone who has an orientation towards action, analytical rigor, and is excited to build Hayward Collegiate from the ground up.

What We Need / Minimum Qualifications
Credentials

Bachelor's Degree and Multi-subject Teaching Credential. 4 or more years of teaching experience highly preferred; 1 or more years of experience coaching or leading teachers (e.g., grade level chair, content/department chair, Assistant Principal, Dean of Curriculum, etc.) highly preferred.
