Position Overview:
Certification Content area: Engineer Manufacturing, CAD Design, and CTT

Base salary: $40,000 per year this position includes a $3500 signing bonus and is distributed per the guidance of the negotiated agreement. Please note - internal candidates moving from a hard-to-fill position will not be eligible for this bonus. Please see the negotiated agreement for more information.

Retirement --- The school district offers an outstanding retirement package through South Dakota Retirement Services (SDRS). In response to the mandatory 6% employee contribution, qualifying employees will receive an additional 6% of their wage contributed to a retirement account on their behalf each pay-date. Additionally, employees may participate in the SDRS Supplemental Plan 457B to contribute for pre or post tax dollars to retirement.
