Devereux CT is currently seeking a full time Program Director to serve in an administrative and leadership capacity. The Program Director will be responsible for the day to day operations of the program, including administrative tasks, staff supervision, and oversight of student care and treatment coordination.

E³islocated in New Preston, CT, and serves young adults between the ages of 18 and 22 years of agewith low-average to high intelligence diagnosed with high functioning autism spectrum, as well as with dyslexia, ADD, OCD, Tourette, depression, anxiety, and various learning differences.The goal of the program is to prepare and enable these young adults to live in a less restrictive setting through guided instruction and coaching intime management skills, organization and executive function development,independent living competencies and employability skills to offer the maximum level of independence, and to fully engage in community life.

E³program offers students vocational internships, college support, individual therapy, social skill instruction, and behavior management practice to generalize socializing, coping, and life skills for increased functioning in school, work, leisure, and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in education or a related field and two + years of supervisory experience working with a similar population.
  • Schedule requires a level of flexibility and one weekend per month.
  • Valid driver's license
