Staff Needed: One (1) High School English Teacher

Qualifications:

• NJ Teacher of English Certification
• Knowledge of NJLS and Science Standards
• Must be computer literate, familiar with SmartBoard
• Knowledge of effective instructional strategies
• Experience working with High School students
• Excellent classroom management, interpersonal skills, integrity and good moral character
• Well versed in journalism and communication arts instruction
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the content field and describe ways in which the content can be organized into lessons for students
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, administrators and the community

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
