The Project Analyst will be responsible for supporting the planning, managing, and monitoring key projects from Initiation to Closing. This will include facilitating project meetings, maintaining project schedules, and gathering issues; as well as, communication of the overall project status.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Align and coalesce cross-functional initiatives with impacted departmental leaders and team members to ensure the overall objectives for the project are met.
  • Coordinate and integrate new growth opportunities, including new schools and special projects; manage cross-functional activities of school project team to provide appropriate responses.
  • Develop and maintain processes to effectively manage multiple school projects across the organization and establish repeatable processes to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining the support from internal stakeholders and resources.
  • Organize, initiate and maintain weekly support calls/follow-up between Learning Care Group departments, developers/clients and field staff; drive issues to closure through effective communication across all parties.
  • Drive all site start-up activities for school projects by partnering with cross-functional teams, including Education, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Licensing, Marketing, Purchasing, Real Estate, Risk and Training to ensure Projects meet deadlines.
  • Develop metrics to examine and track performance as it relates to customer satisfaction and financial performance and effectively communicate with leadership to ensure visibility of projects.
  • Assists with other duties as directed by supervisor.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
  • Operations experience in a large multi-unit organization preferred.
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, CAPM, etc.) or a strong knowledge of methodologies preferred.
