Description:
Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements in areas of responsibility. Knowledge of
research and best practices in assessment and related areas. Knowledge of federal, state, and
local assessments. Ability to manage and provide leadership in conducting federal, state and
local assessment programs. Ability to communicate orally and in writing with adults and
students. Ability to effectively assess levels of student achievement, analyze test results and
prescribe actions for improvement. Ability to plan, establish priorities, implement and conduct
staff development activities. Knowledge of current computing technologies and software
application appropriate to the job responsibilities.

Job Summary:
To provide oversight, management, support, training and facilitation of federal, state,
and local assessment programs.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Education from and accredited institution.
2. Valid Florida certification in Educational Leadership, Administration and Supervision, or
School Principal.
3. Five (5) years successful teaching or administrative experience.
4. Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.

Salary Information: Administrative. Pay Grade Coordinator. 250 days worked per year (12 months), 8 hours per day. FLSA exempt.
