Qualifications:
Postgraduate Educational License with endorsements in appropriate educational specialty with administration and supervision preK-12 endorsement preferred plus six years of progressively more responsible teaching, school counseling, supervisory, or administrative experience in the education field of specialization or equivalent education and experience. Familiarity and/or experience with college admissions preferred. Thorough knowledge of methods, materials, practices, procedures, and programs of the education field to which assigned; knowledge of related laws, regulations and policies; ability to plan, manage, and supervise programs and personnel; ability to plan and conduct in-service and staff development activities; excellent human relations and supervisory skills; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
