The Deerfield District 109 Board of Education seeks a visionary leader who is adept at successfully engaging, inspiring, and empowering the staff and community to seek continuous improvement in all aspects of its educational program.  Located in Chicago’s beautiful North Shore suburbs, this elementary district serves 2,815 students and features five Blue Ribbon Schools. The District has had fifteen consecutive years of a balanced budget and has a class size of 20.  The position begins July 1, 2021.
