The superintendent will serve the varied educational needs of approximately 42,000 students with a qualified and dedicated staff of 5,000 on 44 campuses.

The Clear Creek ISD Board of Trustees seeks an individual who has demonstrated the successful leadership in a diverse district necessary to advance this district to its next level of excellence.

It is expected that a regionally competitive compensation package will be offered.  Screening begins in  late September, however the slate will be presented to the Board in around the middle of October. Dr. Greg Smith is completing a distinguished tenure of 13 years serving as Superintendent and will work through a transition for the new superintendent who will  begin on January 1, 2021.
