- Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- Responsible for implementation of the company provided Junior Kindergarten curriculum (a full school year program) which includes instruction in math, science and social studies and ensures children are taught to read and write in the English language.
- Plans and implements activities designed to promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of the children under her/his care utilizing the company provided Junior Kindergarten curriculum.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Associates in ECE
- NC Credentials- EDU 119
- Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
