    Job Summary:
    Provide academic, social, emotional and behavioral support and guidance. Under general direction of the Principal, the teacher creates a flexible academic program and environment favorable to learning and personal growth to assist students in reaching their full potential.

    Qualifications:
    PEL with appropriate endorsements including LBSI

    Essential Functions:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
    1. Provide instructional support; differentiating to meet the needs of each individual student.
    2. Evaluate academic and social growth of students, maintain appropriate behavior and
    keep appropriate intervention records.
    3. Assess needs of students, using appropriate diagnostic measures
    4. Ability to measure progress of students toward set objectives & communicate progress
    5. Consult with classroom teachers, staff, and parents about the needs and services for students
    6. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
