School Lane Charter School is now accepting applications for Per Diem Substitutes for the 2020-2021 school year.

The substitute teacher is responsible for providing instruction (following the teacher's lesson plans), managing the classroom environment, and promoting student learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Duties include:

• Instructs students and facilitates their learning in the absence of the regular teacher
• Provides classroom instruction to students as outlined in lesson plans
• Maintains a safe and orderly environment
• Maintains established routine of the school and classroom procedures in which assigned

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Teaching certification preferred
• Understanding and commitment to inclusive learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with MS Office

Applicants who do not yet have their PA teaching certificate may upload the official College Verification of Eligibility Letter, which states you have successfully completed the program and are eligible for certification in lieu of the PA teaching certification document.
