- You love to ask and answer questions about how well educational and social service programs are working.
- You are willing to develop the skills you have, and learn new ones.
- You have experience with and knowledge of qualitative methods in research and evaluation, and at least a working understanding of basic quantitative methods.
- You are a well organized, detail-oriented person who is able to prioritize multiple complex projects.
- You recognize and value the critical roles of educational research and evaluation in advancing social justice and equity.
Highlights of What You Will Do:
- Support R&E team members as they customize their work to meet the needs of a growing client base.
- Help design and conduct complex inquiry into pressing questions of program quality and development.
- Work closely with skilled evaluators and researchers as they provide consulting services and expertise to schools, coalitions, state agencies, foundations, and community-based organizations.
- Learn and gain experience with an array of evaluation and research methods.
