POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Bridge Program Manager will report to the Director of Information Technology (IT) Support, but will have dotted-line reporting to both the Executive Director, Information Technology as well as to the Executive Director of Instructional Technology. This is primarily because of the critical nature of the position and the need to develop an over-arching strategy that covers both the core IT and instructional components.
The individual will be responsible for the managing the full life cycle of student mobile devices. Full life cycle management of student mobile devices will include the device selection & strategy, procurement, tracking, vendor management and support. This position will be responsible for establishing and managing the entire process and the communication across several teams and departments in the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Manages the full life-cycle of student access and device management, including procurement, managing, tracking, securing, and sustaining all student devices
- Works with Instructional Technology team to help establish the integration of instructional resources and other cloud learning technologies
- Manages the selection of device and access providers that support student learning success
- Defines and manages life cycle of the device (disposal, removal, retirement)
- Establishes a process and systems of support with existing support teams
- Defines and manages how all student devices are tracked and accessed by vendors
- Establishes and manages a schedule for updates and configurations that may be necessary for devices
- Produces and maintains dashboards for reporting student life-cycle and measures success through access usage and predictive analytics
- Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate administrator
- Required to attend scheduled shift during regular business hours as mandated
Requirements :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in technology-related discipline is required
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:
ITIL and/or PMP certification preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of experience in IT with managing the full life cycle of student mobile devices
- 3 years of experience with leading and/or managing large/complex projects using an industry standard methodology
- Experience in K-12 environment and previous experience implementing a one-to-one initiative
- Process improvement or Six Sigma experience is a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to work with a cross functional team
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and leadership
- Ability to assess a problem and apply corrective actions that have no or little negative affect on student learning
- Extensive knowledge of mobile device management required
- Experience with implementations of cloud learning technologies (i.e. Google Classroom, Edgenuity, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Strong data analytical skills
- Knowledge of ITIL and how to apply the methodology to improve or establish processes
