POSITION SUMMARY

The Infor Technical Support role supports the planning, design, build and configuration of the Infor Human Capital Management (HCM ) Global Human Resources (GHR) module in the cloud. The incumbent will work directly with stakeholders leading and/or participating in the implementation of enhancements and support fixes. The incumbent will lead development, configuration and enhancements of new and existing Landmark Infor Process Automations (IPA). The incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for on-going production maintenance, support and issue resolution.

The incumbent may participate in on-call/after-hours support schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Provides on-going system level support of Infor HCM GHR and related modules
  • Analyzes requirements and configures GHR to specifications
  • Develops, configures and supports new and existing IPAs
  • Performs unit testing and implementation of services
  • Works with team to infuse quality standards and validation into the solution
  • Proactively monitors the system for issues
  • Leads and/or participates in patches and upgrades of the GHR system
  • Opens support cases with Infor when necessary to resolve system issues after problem-solving
  • Works independently to research root cause and implements long term fixes to issues
  • Creates and maintains proper documentation for all systems, installations, and establishes processes, procedures and standard operating procedures as necessary for areas of responsibility
  • Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate administrator
  • Required to attend scheduled shift during regular business hours as mandated


Requirements :

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, information technology (IT), computer science, or a related field required

WORK EXPERIENCE:

5 years of IT work experience including at least 2 years of experience working with Infor HCM GHR required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Knowledge of Infor HCM GHR enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and its capabilities
  • Skills working with GHR application upgrades and configurations
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages
  • Knowledge of IPA configuration, development, tuning and/or troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of WebSphere, Smart Office, Smart Notes, BSI and MHC are a plus
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Ability to project manage cross functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure, adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, action-oriented, results-driven
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment that supports students and schools
  • Strong team player with proven ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management

Compensation :

Salary Grade: 133

Salary Range: FY'20 APS Salary Schedule (All Positions)
