Responsibilities
  • Planning lessons and activities that facilitate students' acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills.Instructing in a manner that develops students' confidence in their abilities.Observing and managing classroom dynamics.Invigilating and grading projects, quizzes, and examinations.Tracking and communicating students' advancement throughout the course.Ensuring that the computer laboratory remains free from food and drink at all times.Downloading important software updates and maintaining hardware.Attending parent-teacher and faculty conferences.Plan and coordinate all aspects of a test round including scheduling rooms, scheduling resources, test round creation, and test domain preparations.Coordinate and present testing data in usable, visually pleasing formats as needed.Act as a mentor/consultant for analysts and testers.Schedule, prepare, and deliver training on for testing administrators, analysts and testers.Distributes and collects any additional testing materials for all test rounds.Create and maintain the Testing Management Plan and test administration policies and procedures.Ensure resolution of testing issues.Compile, store and retrieve management data and prepare reports as requested from the data storedEnsure security of all testing materials.Assist with other functions and duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Teaching CertificationArizona Educator Certification or considered highly qualified2 years working with children, with 1 year as a teacherFingerprinted and CPR/First Aid CertifiedAbility to work well in a team setting.Ability to prioritize tasks and to work effectively with minimal supervision.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.Excellent written & oral communication skills.Ability to communicate with co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.Flexibility and a strong commitment to getting the job done, especially in the face of deadlines in the busy testing seasons.Strong organizational and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.Ability to follow-up on task commitments and give updates as needed.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining courtesy and professionalism.
