- Upon employment, can you provide an official copy of your undergraduate and graduate transcripts?
- Can you provide recent copies (i.e., within the past year) of the following required clearances: child abuse, federal criminal check, and state criminal check?
General Questions:
- Are you currently employed or have you previously been employed by the Allentown School District?
- If yes to question #1, what is/was your position with the Allentown School District?
- Are you PA certified in the subject area for which you are applying?
- List the specific certification areas which appear on your PA Professional Certificate.
