HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Phalen Leadership Academies is looking to employ an HR Coordinator with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. As our HR Coordinator you will be expected to provide HR data and new hire on-boarding support for our National Team and Campus Leaders while also providing support for additional administrative and customer service related functions of the business.

You must also be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You must also display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships and retention initiatives.

DO YOU HAVE:

• a Bachelor's degree or certificate in Human Resources or 3-5 years related experience.
• 1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
• Effective people management skills.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Works well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
