Principal - Turnaround Public School
Are you looking for a school leadership opportunity in one of the largest, fastest-growing charter school management companies? Do you enjoy working in a team-oriented, reform-focused environment? Charter Schools USA is seeking a Principal provide educational and operational support to CSUSA’s Public School turnaround efforts in Indiana.
We are looking for experienced leaders and/or administrators who strive for excellence, are committed to improving student learning and demonstrate a high level of professional conduct. Additionally, based on the rapid growth of the organization CSUSA is seeking multiple professional positions within the network.
Opportunities:
- Provide school-wide leadership so as to promote the educational development of each student and to ensure the effective operation of the assigned school
- To learn and excel within a fast-paced, growth mindset organization
- To provide local educational support relative to the day-to-day operational needs of the schools
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as Educational Leader in a turnaround school
- Serve as Chief Administrator of School
- Supervise and Develop Staff
- Communicate with Stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Has experience leading high performance teams and is a strong team player
- Has a strong track record for analyzing complex problems/issues, identifying patterns and recommending creative solutions
- Possesses broad conceptual perspective and forward-thinking on business issues and their long-term impact on the business unit, the finance function and the firm. Ability to systematically analyze complex issues and data
- Proactive and takes initiative. Thinks creatively. Drives projects to completion. Insists on highest level of quality
