Wheaton Warrenville Community Unit School District 200 is looking for a collaborative leader who has knowledge and experience in all areas of human resources. Candidates should have three to five years of leadership experience at the building or central office level, have knowledge and skills in school law, collective bargaining, building relationships, conflict resolution, teacher certification, recruitment, hiring procedures, workers compensation, FMLA, and employee evaluation. Knowledge and experience with human resource management operating software will be expected.

Qualified candidates must hold an Illinois Type 75 Administrative Certificate or comparable Master’s degree in Human Resources.

Start Date: July 1, 2013 Salary Range $100,000 - $120,000

Wheaton Warrenville Community Unit School District 200 is located approximately 25 miles west of Chicago in suburban Wheaton, Illinois. This district serves about 13,500 students. There are two comprehensive high schools, four middle schools, thirteen elementary schools and one pre-school.
