Job Descriptiontop

The Board of School Commissioners for Indianapolis Public Schools is seeking an innovative, dynamic, results driven superintendent to lead an urban district of approximately 30,000 students.  The candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, have positive experience leading urban schools, possess the ability to recruit/motivate/evaluate school leaders, encourage commitment to community engagement, maintain strong financial management, and support school autonomy with creative approaches to improving student achievement on all levels.

The Board will offer a competitive compensation package.  Candidate must have a minimum of a Master's degree with a Doctorate preferred.
