Position Title: Grand Rapids Christian High School Principal
Reports To: Tom DeJonge, Superintendent, Grand Rapids Christian Schools
Grand Rapids Christian Schools seeks applicants for the position of Principal at Grand Rapids Christian High School effective the 2013-14 academic year. Applicants must be available for work no later than July 1, 2013.
Exemplary applicants will:
a) Possess experience in and be able to articulate 21st century secondary instructional models and the effective integration of Christian faith in all subject matter.
b) Demonstrate strong spiritual and academic leadership, keeping Grand Rapids Christian Schools’ mission of preparing students to be effective servants of Christ in contemporary society in primary focus.
c) Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrate engaging leadership qualities; and view themselves as a primary agent that fosters faith formation, academic excellence, and visibility within the school and greater community.
