Additional Job Information: Employee will work on Employee Benefits Team, assisting active employees. Requires 4 years' experience in benefits, employee insurance, human resources, payroll/finance or equivalent. Seeking team player who is customer-service focused, demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Demonstrated experience with calculator, mathematical skills, mainframe, and Microsoft Office applications. Requires previous customer service experience with excellent verbal communication and active-listening skills.
