- Organization of EL Student Records at both Proviso East and Proviso West CampusesScan student files in to Adobe Acrobat for labelingLabel individual files in relation to the State required documentation for English language learnersUpload individual documents for each EL/Bilingual student in their ELLEVATION accountReview each individual students ELLEVATION account to ensure all documentation has been uploadedCreate a list of missing student records and formsAbility to work independently and problem solveUpdate student ELLEVATION Testing Results to reflect Screener/W-APT scores in their files and/or PowerSchoolUpdate student ELLEVATION History from Foundation Schools Articulation Forms, if student's History does not already have this information
ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of Federal and State required documentation for English language learnersKnowledge of the difference in requirements of a Transitional Bilingual Education program and Transitional Program of InstructionAbility to use Adobe Acrobat and ExcelKnowledge of PowerSchoolUnderstanding of the ELLEVATION platformUnderstanding of ACCESS for ELs 2.0 and The Screener and score interpretation as it relates to Full-time and Part-time placement
