About Whittle School & Studios
Whittle School & Studios is an ambitious project to modernize education and build the world's best and most innovative environment for human learning and development. Over the next decade we will be constructing 30 Pre-K-12 schools in the world's most vibrant cities, with all of our campuses designed by the renowned architect Renzo Piano.  The project is led by education entrepreneur Chris Whittle.
We believe deeply in the power of education as a transformative force. Working with expert faculty, students will cultivate the skills, creativity and character to address the world's most pressing challenges. As they progress through each level of academic study, students will grow as thinkers, makers, scholars, collaborators, and global citizens. They will graduate ready to succeed in top universities, and to make their unique contribution to the world.
Our team is comprised of innovators in science, design, technology, and human learning, who are applying their diverse talents to re-engineer education from the ground up. Our focus is on the science of learning, personalized curriculum, global experience, and holistic human development.
Our first two schools will open in the fall of 2019, located in Shenzhen, China, and Washington D.C., United States.
