Sales Support Specialist

This position assists with the daily support of Private Pay Operations related to sales support / escalations and eCommerce orders.
AS A Sales Support Specialist YOU WILL..
  • Completes daily/weekly reconciliation of sales
  • Processes pre and post-activation cancellations and refunds via inbound/outbound calls and ticketing system
  • Processes daily enrollments from online enrollment system into our student management system
  • Inputs eCommerce orders into K12's proprietary Order Management System for digital and material fulfillment
  • Handles all requests for materials reshipment, including collection of payment
  • Handles sales support related inbound calls and transfers
  • Ensures data and calculations are accurate
  • Attend and participate in team meetings
  • Working with internal clients to identify and correct data entry
  • Any other responsibilities as identified and assigned by supervisor

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills and prior experience providing customer support
  • High level of attention to detail with focus on quality while working in a high volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ability to manage projects (small-scale) and contribute to the management of large-scale projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong conflict and problem resolution skills
  • Flexibility in working hours to include increased volume supporting start of school year
  • High School Degree
Other Required Qualifications
  • Computer Software/Hardware: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Web proficiency.
  • Ability to pass required background check
  • This is a Herndon, VA based position
