Role Mission: IDEA's Recruitment and Staffing Data Intern will provide Recruitment Data Analyst and System Administrator with the administrative, logistical, and communication support needed to achieve all the state Recruitment and Staffing Data Objectives this year . This is ultimately to ensure that the Recruitment and Staffing team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders receive high quality and timely support for all Jobvite questions.

Accountabilities:

1. 100% of all requisitions are approved and posted on Jobvite within 48 hours of submission

• Regularly review all requisition submissions to ensure accuracy

• Provide feedback to requisition requesters within 24 hours if errors are identified

• Identify trends in accuracy for requisitions and develop strategies to reduce the time required to approve all requisitions

2. 100% of all support requests are answered within the allotted time

• Manage the Jobvite Support Zendesk system to ensure ticket completion and end-user support

• Review Jobvite support requests and provide timely support to Jobvite users

• When appropriate, escalate support requests to the Jobvite system administrator for follow up

• Develop tools and resources for ongoing user support (e.g. How to documentation, login documentations, etc.)

3. Support the Recruitment and Staffing team with ongoing reporting and data entry support

• Provide the Recruitment and Staffing team with requested data reports from Jobvite

• Update the Recruitment and Staffing Dashboard data twice per week

• Support the Recruitment Analyst and System Administrator with data entry and analysis support

4. Average 98% weekly task list completion throughout the year

• Check in with Recruitment Analyst and System Administrator regularly to review tasks needing attention

• Follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures

• Independently manage the many small, though important, details for project and task execution

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at a college or university

Knowledge and Skills:

• Attention to detail

• Excellent customer service skills, both written and oral, and maintain confidentiality in all matters

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Highly self motivate and proactive

• Comfort with technical systems and ability to learn new systems quickly

• The ability to manage multiple tasks, following through to completion with minimal supervision.

Compensation:
  • Salary for this role is $10/hr.
