POSITION: Assistant Director for the 2019 Elementary Summer Scholars program
LOCATION: Windermere Boulevard Elementary School
SALARY: $3,850. + $150. stipend
DATES OF PROGRAM: July 8, 2019 - August 16, 2019 (6 weeks).
The hours are 9:30AM - 4:00PM ( times may vary)
Reports to: Director of Summer Scholars Program
Supervises: Counselors of the Summer Scholars Program
QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsible for assisting the Director with all phases of the program including:
Organizing the registration process, preparing official summer school communications to staff and the community, working closely with the Director, site Principal, Counselors and staff to ensure a high-quality program that maximizes the students' educational opportunities.

- NYS Certified Teacher
- Knowledge of Elementary education
- Minimum of two years successful teaching experience in a school setting
- Trained in First Aide/CPR (preferred)
