Role Mission: The Student Recruitment and Enrollment Manager oversees the annual student enrollment cycle that starts with recruitment and ends with 100% enrollment on the first day of school. S/he will have a portfolio of region al APOs and RDOs -Southern Louisiana, Austin, San Antonio, and Tarrant County-to partner with on securing and planning recruitment events, leading trainings, and spending time in the field. In addition to the daily recruitment responsibilities, the enrollment manager will oversee all call center related activities including training and day-to-day management.

Accountabilities :

1. Achieve 100% enrollment by the first day of school
  • Develops and executes student recruitment efforts that target families with school-aged children within the 1 to 3-mile radius immediately surrounding each school
  • Schedule and attends community events and informational fairs to inform eligible families and promote IDEA Public Schools
  • Coordinate, manage others to, or personally s chedule attend and present offsite presentations to daycares, housing authorities, community centers and other organizations who serve primarily low-income families
  • Assist parents in completing a paper or online application

2. Achieve 90% New Family Persistence at Each School in Portfolio
  • Execute family onboarding plan, including online and in-person interactions, in order to e nsure all new families are effectively on-boarded beginning with Lottery and Orientation, and through the 1 st year of school
  • Monitor parent participation throughout the recruiting year by measuring attendance at events, engagement with communications, and response time.
  • Collaborate with campuses on high quality recruiting events to greet new families.
  • Coordinate Info Sessions and Open Houses to onboard new families.

3. Secure 5% of annual applications target via Call Center
  • Train Call Center m onthly on new information, customer service, and general expectations
  • Provide Leads and Call Lists to Call Center to c onvert
  • Manage Third-Party Call Center r elationship to ensure high quality experience internally and externally

Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to travel on average 25% of the time with peak seasons at 50%
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience: 3- 5 years ' experience

Compensation:
  • Salary for this role typically falls between $ 48,650 and $ 60,812 commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on individual and organizational performance and goal attainment.
