The Benefits Coordinator manages leave of absences, workers' compensation, short-term disability, long-term disability, retirement, benefit eligibility and unemployment insurance claims. This position provides support to the customer service center for high level benefits issue resolution and provides counseling, administrative, analytical and customer service support for the compensation and benefits department. This position also provides support during the annual wellness fair, open enrollment and orientations.
