We're hiring for a Bilingual Certified School Nurse (CSN) for the upcoming school year (2019-2020) as a full-time / part-time job in Chicago, IL.
As a Bilingual Certified School Nurse (CSN) for Futures Education, you will be providing school-based services to children in the Chicago area. You will support a nursing caseload across several charter schools in Chicago, work side-by-side with a Health Service Nurse at each school, and have the additional support of the therapist-owned and operated management team at Futures Education.
As a member of our team, the Bilingual Certified School Nurse (CSN) will have the opportunity to improve the lives of children. The Bilingual Certified School Nurse (CSN) will help coordinate the school health program, including the delivery of services to students, participate as an integral member of the special education team, and serve as a health resource to staff members in order to enhance health and wellness in the school community. The Bilingual Certified School Nurse (CSN) duties are to be performed in accordance with standards of professional school nurse practice, state board of education policies and procedures and the State of Illinois Nurse Practice Act.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Type 73/PEL Certification
- Related fieldwork experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
