Qualifications:
-Must have current valid principal licensure OR be on track to complete all requirements for NC principal licensure (last semester of coursework)
-Previous elementary, middle, or secondary school work experience desired
-Three years teaching experience in grades K-12 preferred
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent oral and written communication skills required
-Ability to work with school community

Responsibilities:
-To provide administrative, instructional and technical staff assistance to the school principals
-Assist in developing, planning, and implementing school site programs and activities in accordance with CMS goals and objectives and the school's vision and mission
-Maintain a safe and orderly school environment
-Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with students, staff, parents, organizations and community
-Interpret and communicate student data and results to support and increase student achievement
-Assist in the development of equitable programs and services which respond to the needs of the student population
