Curriculum Specialists, in conjunction with a Vice-President of Educational Services (VPES), support student achievement by providing direct support in instruction to principals and teachers of schools in their region. They provide pre-service and ongoing training to staff at both national conferences and at school sites. They are in schools approximately 80% of the time during the school calendar year. Math specialists work closely with regional as well as HQ central instructional staff and assist in monitoring the implementation of core programs in classrooms. They develop materials and establish protocols that support their work.

To qualify, you must have a Master’s Degree in Reading/Math or ten+ years experience teaching Reading/Math in K-12 and a minimum of two years experience as a Curriculum Coach (or similar position). The selected candidate will be self-motivated and directed, and will possess excellent research, written, and oral communication skills.
