Associate Superintendent for Human Resources
Responsible for providing leadership and overall direction for the district’s human resources division, including benefits, employee relations, risk management, policy and budget. Doctorate preferred.
Director of Risk Management
Responsible for providing leadership in the operation of the district’s insurance and self-insurance programs, excluding employee benefits. Certified School Risk Managers (CSRM) certification preferred.
Director of Athletic and Activities Programs
Responsible for providing leadership for the overall operation of the district’s athletic and activities programs including development of policies, procedures and objectives.
Middle School Principal
Responsible for providing leadership by implementing and supervising an effective grades 6-8 instructional program in a positive learning climate.
Elementary School Principal
Responsible for providing leadership by implementing and supervising an effective grades PreK-5 instructional program in a positive learning climate.
• Successful administrative/leadership experience desired with commitment to a culturally proficient learning environment.
• Qualification for Nebraska Administrative and Supervisory certification required except Director of Risk Management.
