The Director of Strategic Communications and Engagement will support the initiatives and priorities of the Urban Education Institute. The Urban Education Institute is dedicated to producing knowledge through applied research, the operation of a charter school with four campuses, preparing and supporting new teachers, and the dissemination of tools and training to create reliably excellent urban schooling. The Director will create and implement communications plans and messaging that will enhance the visibility, prominence, and prestige of the Urban Education Institute in the City of Chicago and nationally.
