The Southwest Washington Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Network is a unique initiative of committed partners from pre-K-12 education, higher education, business, not-for-profit and government that champions policies, programs, research, and best practices that will rapidly scale STEM education innovation and support educators in preparing SW Washington students for success in post secondary education and work.
Position: Reporting to the STEM Network Board of Directors the STEM Network Project Director will be responsible for coordinating all activities, projects and materials developed by the STEM Learning Network. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the STEM Learning Network Logic Model and strategic plan with the help of STEM Learning Network partners.
While the STEM Network Project Director will be an employee of Educational Service District 112 and will work out of the ESD112 Vancouver Office, the Director will report to the STEM Network governing board. The position is a full-time, 12 month position. The initial hiring salary range is $68,182.40 to $76,190.40, with excellent opportunities for advancement. Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Three years experience in the Pre K-20 system working in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and/or math) discipline.
3. Experience developing partnerships.
4. Experience managing projects.
5. Experience as a facilitator.
