Superintendent – Mars Area School District (Butler Co.)
Position available summer 2013. Enrollment K-12 approximately 3,250. Innovative school district in a fast growing suburban area, located off PA Turnpike, Interstate 79, and Route 19. The candidate must possess a Superintendent’s letter of eligibility. Central office and/or supervisory experience and teaching experience in a K-12 environment are required. Doctorate is preferred. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, inspirational leader demonstrating success in curriculum development, financial planning, budget control, staff and community relations, staff utilization, technology, negotiations, and strong School Board relations.
