The Gill-Montague Regional School Committee is seeking a dynamic, motivated educational leader with a strong background in collaborative management and excellent communications skills to become Superintendent of its 1,051-pupil school district.
Qualifications:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a superintendent of schools in MA; Master's degree required, advanced degree preferred; Minimum of 10 years in education, including five years administrative and/or central office experience and five years teaching experience are preferred; knowledgeable about school finance and business management; experience with school-based technology.
Salary: $130-160K, benefits negotiable, 3-year contract.
