The Mashpee School Committee is seeking a dynamic, motivated educational leader with a collaborative management style and excellent communication skills to become superintendent of its 1,708 pupil school district (preK-12).
Qualifications: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Superintendent of Schools in Massachusetts; Minimum of a Master’s degree required, Advanced degree preferred; Minimum of 15 years in education, including central office, administrative and/or teaching experience; Successful experience in leadership roles.
Salary: $145 – 157K, 3-year contract, benefits negotiable.
