The National Charter Schools Institute is leading the search for a premier client that is seeking an entrepreneurial executive who has the passion, knowledge and leadership skills to help found and implement an innovative early college in the Midwest designed to serve students in grades 6-12. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a track record of success, including the ability to effectively:
- Communicate a bold vision, inspire confidence and build a winning team
- Encourage and empower students to take ownership of their education
- Develop an organizational culture that relentlessly pursues excellence
- Foster change and disruptive innovations that improve teaching and learning
- Cultivate trust and respect with a diverse group of people
A Master's Degree in Education or related field is required. A minimum of five years of experience is preferred, along with experience in starting and leading a school.
