Vancouver Public Schools, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for this district of 22,800 students, 3,000 employees, and 35 schools. The CTO identifies information and technology that support the mission, strategic goals, and objectives of the district. He/she manages the IT staff and provides leadership in developing, administering, and sustaining district databases, technology platforms, and information systems and services. The CTO will collaboratively develop the five-year information and technology plan to guide the district’s technology resources. The CTO serves as advisor to the Superintendent and the School Board on information and technology issues. Compensation commensurate with experience.
